I’ve spent the past few weeks using the £299 Phone (4b) to get a feel for it. Unfortunately, this device isn’t available in the USA, so for those interested, the alternative from Nothing is the Phone (4a) Pro, which is now priced at $449.
Things I Love
I’m happy to share that there are many positive aspects of the Nothing Phone (4b), with its design being my favorite. The phone features a unique look that stands out, especially the rear, which is distinct from its competitors.
It’s quite refreshing to see something entirely different in a market where companies like Samsung continue to release phones that seem almost identical each year.

The Phone (4b) maintains a clean design compared to some of its counterparts, with the camera module being a standout feature. The visible screws and metal give it a unique appeal, reminiscent of the transparent versions of gadgets like the Game Boy that I always admired.
This is also where the Glyph interface is located—a series of lights from Nothing that can provide various notifications and serve multiple purposes. I find it impressive, especially given that the similar HiLight feature on the Pixel 11 phones has limited applications.
I own the white model, but the device is also available in black or blue, unlike the Phone 4a, which was offered in pink.
