A Telegram user known as Brokenthrone has provided Android Authority with information about a new experimental Device Help feature being developed within the Gemini app.
This feature aims to simplify troubleshooting by allowing users to describe their phone issues in natural language, rather than navigating through the complex Settings menu. Gemini would then identify and implement a solution.

In a shared example, a Pixel user reports that “My screen is too yellow,” prompting Gemini to check the device’s settings and identify the Night Light feature as the probable cause.
The significant innovation here is Gemini’s ability to directly access and modify your Settings, rather than merely offering generic advice for you to follow.
Currently, this feature is part of the Labs and remains under development. It shows promise for being a valuable tool, and further updates are anticipated.
With Google’s recent email confirmation that Google Assistant will be phased out starting September 4 (a process expected to take several weeks to complete), it seems likely that Gemini will become increasingly integrated within the Pixel ecosystem.
