Andy Garcia, Karla Souza, and Wilmer Valderrama were among the stars who graced the red carpet on Friday night for the 41st annual Imagen Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

The event, which celebrates Latino talent and creativity in the entertainment industry, recognized Andy Garcia with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his remarkable four-decade career. In his acceptance speech, the “Landman” actor reminisced about how his first job after moving to Los Angeles was at the Beverly Hilton.

“I encourage you to keep dreaming and keep challenging those obstacles. Keep falling forward,” Garcia stated. “My father…would always say, ‘Never take a step backward, not even to gain momentum.’”

Garcia concluded the evening with a live performance alongside The CineSon All Stars and Arturo Sandoval.
