Instead, he will be meeting with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office to discuss alternative conflict resolution methods to prevent similar situations in the future.
The incident that led to Vito’s arrest involved a domestic dispute with his then-girlfriend, Lindsey Jennings. Allegations were made that Vito had pushed their son during an argument, resulting in his arrest on a felony domestic violence charge. However, it appears that the case will be put on hold, and if Vito stays out of trouble for the next year, he may never face charges for the incident.

Despite this, the district attorney’s office decided not to pursue felony charges, and now the City Attorney will not be filing a misdemeanor either. Vito’s attorney, Bob M.
