Police body cam footage recently revealed one of the suspects believed to be involved in the burglary at the home of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow wearing a Bengals winter hat at the time of the incident. The suspects, identified as Sergio Cabello, Jordan Sanchez, Bastian Morales, and Alexander Huaiquil-Chavez, are facing felony charges for participating in a criminal gang and possessing criminal tools after a traffic stop on January 10.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol released the footage, showing one of the individuals donning a Bengals hat as the officer approached their vehicle. All four suspects are Chilean nationals and were found to be illegally in the country or overstayed their permissions.

During the traffic stop, officers detected the smell of marijuana in the car and proceeded to search it. Inside, they found a designer bag and suitcase containing an LSU T-shirt, as well as window punchers wrapped in a towel in the glove box. The suspects claimed they were en route to Florida at the time of the stop.

The burglary at Joe Burrow’s home took place in December while the quarterback was playing against the Dallas Cowboys. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Olivia Ponton, who was in the house at the time, dialed 911 to report the break-in. Burrow expressed frustration over the lack of privacy following the incident, stating in a press conference that he felt violated and that more information had been shared than he would have preferred.

The body cam footage and subsequent arrests shed light on the ongoing investigation into the burglary at Joe Burrow’s residence. It serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining security and privacy, especially for high-profile individuals like professional athletes.
