An individual believed to be a member of a Venezuelan gang, who was captured in a viral video showing a group of heavily armed men entering an Aurora apartment, has been apprehended in New York, according to authorities.

Anderson Zambrano-Pacheco, 25, was identified by Aurora police in September as one of six suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang wanted for various crimes, including burglary, felony menacing, and extortion related to the viral video incident.

While two individuals were arrested in connection to the case in September, arrest warrants were issued for the remaining four suspects, including Zambrano-Pacheco.

On Tuesday, Aurora police spokesperson Joe Moylan confirmed that Zambrano-Pacheco was taken into custody in New York based on the arrest warrant issued in Aurora.

It has not been confirmed by the Aurora Police Department whether Zambrano-Pacheco is indeed a member of the Tren de Aragua gang.

Two other men from the viral video, who were identified by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials as members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua prison gang, were arrested in New York in November.

ICE officials stated that Denyeer Aramillo-Meneses, 23, and Edilson Pena-Angulo, 25, were Venezuelan nationals residing in the U.S. illegally. They were apprehended in late November following the execution of a search warrant by a Homeland Security gang task force in the Bronx.

This is an ongoing story and updates may follow.
