Fulwell Entertainment Emerges After Closing Deal With SpringHill Co.

Fulwell 73 and SpringHill Co. have officially tied the knot, marking the completion of their merger. Under the banner of Fulwell Entertainment, the partnership brings together the talents of Fulwell 73 partners Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, James Corden, Ben Turner, and Gabe Turner with SpringHill’s Maverick Carter and LeBron James. Jesse Collins Entertainment is also part of the umbrella, with Fulwell investing in the company led by the renowned TV event producer.

The merger, which was announced in November, saw both parties coming together as equals with no monetary exchange. However, investments were made to fuel the growth of the combined firm. The newly formed company has appointed Carter and Pearlman as co-CEOs and operates from offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Sunderland in the U.K.

Fulwell Entertainment kicked off its journey with a busy schedule, including producing the Grammy Awards telecast for CBS and premiering Hulu’s “The Kardashians” Season 6. On the other hand, SpringHill is working on projects like the NBA series “Starting 5,” BET+ scripted series “Churchy,” and the music documentary “Take That.”

The SpringHill brand, along with its lifestyle and content labels Uninterrupted and The Shop, will be nurtured under the umbrella company. Fulwell’s unscripted label Bitachon365 and Jesse Collins Entertainment are also actively working on various projects, including documentaries and music specials.

The merger aims to create a powerhouse in unscripted content, documentaries, live events, scripted TV and film, branded content, and commercials. Carter and Winston, who have been friends for a decade, initiated discussions about the merger over a casual dinner meeting. The companies realized the synergies between them and the benefits of diversifying their revenue streams.

SpringHill was represented in the transaction by Main Street Advisors and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, while Fulwell 73 received counsel from NewShore Partners, Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, and Wiggin and Saffreys. The collaboration between Fulwell 73 and SpringHill Co. signifies a new chapter in the entertainment industry, promising exciting projects and innovative content for audiences worldwide.
