The Trump administration is doubling down on their efforts to crack down on criminal migrants, specifically targeting individuals like Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, the Guatemalan man who horrifically burned a 57-year-old woman alive on the F train in Queens. Despite the city’s refusal to turn him over to ICE for deportation, border czar Tom Homan has vowed to ensure that justice is served.

Furthermore, newly appointed US Eastern District US Attorney John J. Durham has made it his mission to dismantle criminal migrant gangs, drug dealers, and terrorist groups across Queens, Long Island, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. President Trump has even declared gangs like Tren de Aragua to be terrorist organizations, emphasizing the seriousness of the issue.

One particular hotspot for criminal activity is Roosevelt Avenue in Queens, where migrant gangs like Tren de Aragua have set up operations, flooding the area with drugs and prostitution. Local residents have been pleading for help, as law enforcement efforts have been hampered by sanctuary city policies and a revolving-door justice system.

Durham and his team have their work cut out for them, but they are determined to tackle the issue head-on. By targeting the ringleaders of these criminal organizations and enforcing the law without the constraints of progressive policies, they hope to restore safety and security to the community.

The response from the local residents has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing gratitude for efforts to remove violent criminal migrants from their neighborhoods. This could also serve as a wake-up call for New York’s Democratic leaders to address the root causes of crime and decay before it’s too late.

By staying true to their promise to combat crime and restore order, the Trump administration and law enforcement agencies aim to win the trust and support of the community. The ultimate goal is to create safer and more secure neighborhoods for all residents to enjoy.
