Halle Berry’s Custody Battle Takes a New Turn

Court documents have unearthed new developments in the ongoing custody battle between Halle Berry and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez. Martinez, aged 58, has requested the court to proceed with the actress’ scheduled hearing on September 10. Additionally, he has demanded that Berry cover the costs for his attorney’s fees.

According to Martinez’s attorney, Berry, aged 58, is pushing for “new, extraordinary and draconian” measures. This includes seeking sole legal custody over their minor child’s mental health and educational decisions, even going as far as wanting to be the sole decision-maker when it comes to administering psychiatric medication to their son.

The attorney representing Martinez has accused Berry, known for her role in Catwoman, of trying to expedite the legal process by pushing for an immediate hearing. This comes after a previous motion for emergency orders was denied back in July.

Stay tuned for further updates on this high-profile custody battle between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez.
