A vibrant mass yoga event took place at Forsyth Barr Stadium, exceeding expectations with 632 participants of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents, coming together for a record-breaking experience on a sunny Sunday. Organized as part of the Wild Dunedin New Zealand Festival of Nature, marketing manager Charlie Buchan described the event as a huge success with “lots of happy families” enjoying the beautiful weather. This marked the commencement of the NatureDome event, drawing over 5000 visitors to the stadium. The festival, running until April 22, offered a variety of experiences for attendees to enjoy. Buchan highlighted the George St Orchard garden tour happening the following day, along with the Rocks in Our Night Sky family science tour at the Beverly-Begg Observatory in the evening.
