New York Limo Driver Admits to Running High-End Drug Delivery Service

A New York limo driver, Michael Khodorkovskiy, 44, pleaded guilty on Monday to running a Brooklyn-to-Montauk drug “delivery service” where he sold high-priced cocaine out of a Mercedes to upscale clients at locations like the Montauk Yacht Club.

Khodorkovskiy admitted to one drug dealing charge in a Riverhead, New York courtroom as part of a plea deal that is expected to result in a 10-year sentence at his upcoming May 29th sentencing.

He was arrested in August along with Alexandr Dyatchin on 47 drug-related charges for a scheme that involved selling high-end cocaine at inflated prices in the Hamptons, including spots like the Montauk Yacht Club and Rosie’s eatery.

Khodorkovskiy and Dyatchin, who worked as private rideshare and Uber drivers, conducted illegal transactions out of their Mercedes cars, which had hidden compartments to conceal the drugs, according to prosecutors.

In addition to cocaine, they also sold MDMA and pills at exorbitant prices. They were caught after selling large quantities of cocaine to undercover cops, leading to their arrest and indictment on multiple charges.

Khodorkovskiy, a Ukraine-born US citizen, was found in possession of a significant amount of drugs and cash during the bust, while Dyatchin had drugs and cash in his East Hampton rental home and Mercedes.

The duo was selling cocaine at triple the street price, catering to wealthy clients in the Hamptons. Khodorkovskiy’s lawyer mentioned that his client resorted to drug dealing out of desperation after facing financial difficulties during the pandemic.

Dyatchin, who is not a US citizen and has overstayed his visa, could face deportation if convicted. He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
