Michigan football has had its fair share of ups and downs in recent years, but the Wolverines have consistently produced NFL talent. As the 2025 NFL Draft approaches, several Michigan players are poised to make a splash at the next level. Let’s take a closer look at some of the standout prospects from the Wolverines’ roster:

Mason Graham, DT:
A dominant force on the defensive line, Mason Graham is considered the top defensive tackle in the 2025 draft class. With 107 tackles and 17 tackles for loss during his college career, Graham has the size, strength, and agility to excel in the NFL. Projected as a top 10 pick, Graham is expected to make an immediate impact for his future team.

Colston Loveland, TE:
Standing at over 6-foot-5 and weighing 246 pounds, Colston Loveland is a formidable tight end prospect. With 117 receptions in three years at Michigan, Loveland has the potential to be a high first-round pick in the upcoming draft. The Indianapolis Colts are rumored to be interested in adding him to their roster at the 14th pick.

Will Johnson, CB:
Despite missing half of the 2024 season due to injuries, Will Johnson is still regarded as one of the top cornerbacks in the draft class. With 68 tackles and 19 pass breakups in his college career, Johnson possesses the skills and physical attributes to succeed in the NFL. He is projected to be a mid to late first-round selection.

Kenneth Grant, DT:
Similar to Mason Graham, Kenneth Grant is an elite defensive tackle prospect from Michigan. With 69 tackles and 11.5 tackles for loss in his college career, Grant’s size and strength make him a valuable asset for any NFL team. Expected to be a late first-round or early second-round pick, Grant is a player to watch in the draft.

Josiah Stewart, Edge:
A transfer from Coastal Carolina, Josiah Stewart made a name for himself at Michigan in 2024 with 13 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. Despite being undersized at 6-foot-1, Stewart’s production on the field has caught the attention of NFL scouts. He is projected to be a fourth-round pick in the upcoming draft.

Myles Hinton, OT:
A versatile offensive tackle who can play on either side of the line, Myles Hinton transferred to Michigan from Stanford and impressed during his two-year stint with the Wolverines. Standing at over 6-foot-6 and weighing 325 pounds, Hinton is a raw but talented prospect who could be a late-round steal for an NFL team.

Kalel Mullings, RB:
Although he only started five games at Michigan, Kalel Mullings showcased his potential as a running back with 1,201 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns in his college career. With his size and speed, Mullings is a late-round prospect with the ability to contribute in the right system.

Overall, Michigan has a strong contingent of players ready to make the leap to the NFL in the 2025 draft. With top prospects at key positions like defensive tackle, tight end, and cornerback, the Wolverines are well-represented in this year’s draft class. It will be exciting to see where these talented players land and how they perform at the next level.
