The victim’s mother reported that her son disclosed the horrifying details of his assault, which occurred while he was playing outside with his younger brother. In a chilling account, the child indicated that he was held down and assaulted, despite his attempts to resist and call for help. Initially denying the allegations, Cobos-Carmona later confessed to the crimes.
