A tragic accident near Yellowstone National Park has resulted in the loss of seven lives, according to US police reports on Friday.
The crash occurred when a pickup truck collided with a passenger van carrying 14 individuals near Henry’s Lake in eastern Idaho on Thursday evening, as confirmed by detectives investigating the incident.
Idaho State Police stated on Friday, “Sadly, six occupants of the van and the pickup truck driver lost their lives in the collision.”
Images from local media depict a severely damaged red truck and a van engulfed in flames.
Due to the severity of injuries, authorities called for an air ambulance to transport the victims to hospitals.
