A man under the influence of methamphetamine, in a state of undress, forcibly entered a Mormon Church located in the heart of Amish territory, as per a news report.
Reportedly, Corey Calderwood, aged 43, was heavily intoxicated and completely nude when he unlawfully entered the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, as disclosed by local CBS.
According to the report, Lancaster Township police apprehended Calderwood at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.
The suspect, who had an outstanding felony warrant for retail theft issued in Lancaster Township following a March incident at Weis Market, was found to be involved in this sacrilegious act, as reported by Lancaster Online.
For this unholy trespass, Calderwood faces charges of burglary, indecent exposure, and possession of a controlled substance, as indicated in the report.
As per Lancaster Online, he is currently detained at Lancaster County Prison until further legal proceedings.
