Astronomer, the company behind the Apache Airflow-powered data orchestration platform Astro, has recently secured $93 million in Series D funding. This funding comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly looking to streamline their AI initiatives through efficient management of data pipelines.

The Series D funding round was led by Bain Capital Ventures, with contributions from Salesforce Ventures and existing investors such as Insight, Meritech, and Venrock.
