50 Cent is receiving an apology from a jeweler in New York City who was previously sued by the rapper for unauthorized use of Fiddy’s name and image to sell replicas of his iconic crucifix chain. The legal case against him has now been resolved.

Maksud Agadjani from TraxNYC has issued a public apology to 50 Cent on all his social media platforms and displayed a printed version of the apology at his storefront in New York City.

In his apology statement, Agadjani expresses deep remorse and admits to using 50’s name, image, and intellectual property without permission to promote and sell his jewelry products.

Agadjani clarifies that he has never been affiliated with or endorsed by 50 Cent and has removed all content related to the rapper from his social media channels.

Agadjani pledges not to use 50 Cent’s name in any future promotions and expresses deep regret for his actions, taking full responsibility for his mistake. He seeks forgiveness from 50 Cent and his fans.

Earlier reports indicated that the G-Unit rapper filed a $5 million lawsuit against Agadjani in October 2024, alleging that misleading social media posts were deceiving consumers into believing a connection between him and the counterfeit chains.

Following the public apology, new legal documents confirm the dismissal of 50 Cent’s lawsuit against Agadjani on Monday, resolving the matter amicably.
