JS is teaming up with VivaTech, the largest startup and tech event in Europe, to identify startups for the prestigious VivaTech Innovation of the Year award at VivaTech 2025. This collaboration aims to shine a spotlight on exceptional creativity, technological innovation, and industry-transforming potential among participating startups.
The VivaTech Innovation of the Year Award recognizes and celebrates startups at VivaTech 2025 that demonstrate outstanding innovation, advanced technological capabilities, and the potential to revolutionize their respective industries.
JS will curate a list of the top 30 candidates, appoint a jury member to assist in selecting the final top five, and take part in the final award presentation on stage at VivaTech on June 11. Additionally, on June 12, JS will act as the official host of the VivaTech Global Awards Ceremony, where the winners of the five VivaTech Awards will be revealed. JS will lead the event with introductions, award transitions, and the closing moment.
The five finalists will have the valuable opportunity to pitch on the VivaTech stage on June 11, connect with venture capitalists, network with jury members, gain visibility across VivaTech marketing channels, and receive two additional four-day passes to attend VivaTech 2025.
Furthermore, the winner of the Innovation of the Year award will secure a spot in the competitive Disrupt Startup Battlefield 200, with the chance to present at JS’s flagship annual event in San Francisco in October 2025.
To be eligible for the VivaTech Innovation of the Year Award, startups must be exhibiting at VivaTech 2025, founded in or after 2020, have fewer than 50 employees, and meet specific deadlines for the selection process, pitch session, and awards ceremony.
