Man Shoved Two Straphangers Onto Subway Tracks in Lower Manhattan

A shocking incident occurred in a Lower Manhattan subway station on Monday night when a stranger shoved a 71-year-old man and another straphanger onto the tracks. The victims were able to climb back onto the platform before the next train arrived, but they sustained injuries in the altercation.

The suspect, identified as Terrell Coley, 35, allegedly pushed the elderly man and a 30-year-old individual onto the tracks at the Whitehall Street station around 10:30 p.m. The motive behind the attack is still unclear, as witnesses reported that an argument had ensued between Coley and the two victims prior to the shoving.
