Internet personality Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are set to return to Britain to confront criminal charges once legal proceedings in Romania have been completed, according to their lawyer.
The Crown Prosecution Service in the UK has previously authorized charges against the brothers, including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking.
The Tates are currently under a criminal investigation in Romania for trafficking allegations, and their extradition to the UK has been approved by the Romanian courts.
Both brothers have vehemently denied all allegations against them.
“Once those proceedings are concluded in their entirety, then The Tates will return to face UK allegations,” stated Holborn Adams, the law firm representing the brothers.
Andrew Tate, known for promoting an ultra-masculine lifestyle and self-describing as a misogynist, is also facing a civil lawsuit in Britain. The lawsuit, brought by four women, is scheduled to go to trial in 2027.
