Despite Artem’s efforts to call off the paramedics he initially requested for the alleged victim, he was still taken into custody by the police.
Nikki had stopped wearing her wedding ring soon after the arrest and was reportedly looking for divorce lawyers even before filing. In her divorce filing, Nikki requested legal and physical custody of Matteo, while also expressing openness to Artem having visitation rights.
