Toonz Media Group and New-Gen Universe have joined forces to create a groundbreaking 3D CGI animated series titled “New-Gen Nanobot Heroes.” This series is based on the popular comic book universe distributed by Marvel and created by J.D. Matonti, Chris Matonti, and Julia Coppola.

The storyline of “New-Gen Nanobot Heroes” takes place after the events of the original comic and delves into the conflict between nanotech visionaries Gabriel and Deadalus. Viewers will be taken on a thrilling journey through futuristic utopias, Earth, and alien planets in what is promised to be a high-octane nanotech adventure.

The debut season of the series will consist of 13 episodes, each running for 22 minutes. The writing team includes acclaimed writers Brent Friedman (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars”) and Eugene Son (“Avengers Assemble”), along with four additional writers.

The voice cast for the series features talented individuals such as Finn Wolfhard, Nick Wolfhard, Anya Chalotra, Luke Wilson, Henry Rollins, Lena Headey, Taylor Gray, Molly Fahey, and Tony Oliver.

Toonz Media Group will be responsible for financing, producing, and distributing the series globally. With their extensive experience in animation production, generating over 10,000 minutes of 2D and CGI content annually, they are well-equipped to bring this exciting project to life.

The original creators of New-Gen, J.D. Matonti, Julia Coppola, and Chris Matonti, will serve as executive producers of the series. J.D. Matonti will also take on the role of director to ensure the authenticity of the source material is maintained.

J.D. Matonti expressed his excitement about the partnership with Toonz, stating that the collaboration will bring the rich New-Gen storyworld to life in an unprecedented 3D CGI animation style. He believes that global audiences will be captivated by the adventures of the Nanobot Heroes in futuristic utopias, Earth, and various alien planets.
