The Trump administration has recently highlighted the alarming criminal backgrounds of illegal immigrants who are being supported by violent anti-ICE rioters in Los Angeles. Among these criminals is Emiliano Garduno-Galvez, who was arrested for attempted murder after throwing a Molotov cocktail at LA County sheriff’s deputies during the unrest.

Garduno-Galvez, a repeat offender who had already been deported once and arrested twice last year, was able to evade capture due to California’s sanctuary laws. Despite the protests, ICE has been relentless in their efforts to apprehend criminal illegal immigrants in the LA area. Over 330 arrests have been made so far, with a focus on individuals with convictions for serious offenses such as homicide, burglary, drug activity, assault, and child molestation.

Some of the individuals recently arrested include Gerardo Antonio-Palacios, a Mexican national with prior convictions for homicide and burglary, Mab Khleb from Cambodia convicted of drug activity and lewd action with a child, and Sang Louangprasert from Laos with a conviction for lewd acts with a child. ICE has also apprehended individuals with convictions for human smuggling, money laundering, and other violent crimes.

Despite the protests and unrest in LA, ICE has continued to carry out raids and arrest individuals with dangerous criminal histories. The agency remains undeterred, even as protests have spread to other cities across the country. The protesters have been met with a strong response from law enforcement, with arrests being made for federal crimes related to the riots and looting.

President Trump has deployed National Guard troops and Marines to quell the chaos in LA and ensure public safety. The protests were sparked by ICE raids targeting illegal immigrant work hubs, leading to activists attempting to block the federal agents and disrupt their operations. The situation escalated into riots and looting, prompting a swift response from law enforcement to restore order in the city.

Overall, the Trump administration and ICE are committed to removing dangerous criminals from the community, despite the challenges and disruptions caused by the protests. The focus remains on public safety and upholding the rule of law, even in the face of violent opposition.
