The FBI has arrested Alejandro Theodoro Orellana, an alleged Los Angeles riot leader who was reportedly involved in distributing face shields to anti-ICE rioters in the streets of Los Angeles. Orellana faces a charge of conspiracy to commit civil disorders, according to US Attorney for the Central District of California, Bill Essayli.

The arrest took place on Thursday morning, as authorities move quickly to identify and apprehend those involved in organizing or supporting civil disorder in Los Angeles. Orellana is accused of driving a truck that delivered dozens of face shields to protesters during the recent riots.

Disturbing footage captured on Tuesday showed a chaotic scene as protesters rushed towards a truck to grab the “Bionic Shield” face masks. Orellana’s alleged involvement in distributing the face shields has raised concerns about potential outside agitators fueling unrest in the city.

The FBI’s swift action in arresting Orellana highlights the agency’s commitment to maintaining law and order in Los Angeles. The distribution of face shields and water to rioters during the anti-ICE protests has raised questions about the role of individuals like Orellana in escalating civil unrest.

As the investigation continues, authorities are working to uncover the full extent of Orellana’s involvement in the riots and to hold those responsible for inciting violence and disorder accountable. The arrest serves as a warning to others who may seek to exploit protests for their own agenda, emphasizing the importance of upholding peace and safety in the community.
