In a bid to aid the investigation, the Santa Monica PD has released a description of the suspect: a Black male in his 30s, wearing a dark jacket and black pants.
“If you recognize this individual or see someone matching this description, do not approach—call 9-1-1 immediately,” advised the Santa Monica Police Department.
