Cartoonish Crook in Scooby-Doo Costume Breaks into Alabama Convenience Store

Authorities in Alabama are on the lookout for a burglar who broke into a convenience store in Duncanville while dressed in a full-body Scooby-Doo costume. The suspect, complete with doggy ears and a mask, was caught on camera during the early morning break-in at the Quick Stop on Highway 82.

The thief set off the store’s security alarm at around 3:45 a.m. but fled the scene before police could arrive. While he managed to steal cash and change, the culprit left the snacks untouched, leading police to humorously note in a Facebook post.
