Disney+ Renews “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” for Fourth Season
The highly anticipated Season 3 premiere of “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” is set to air on Disney+ on August 6th, and fans already have something to look forward to beyond that. Disney has announced that they have renewed the animated sitcom for a fourth season, which is expected to debut in 2026.
This reboot of the original Disney Channel series, “The Proud Family,” which aired from 2001 to 2005, has been a hit with both old fans and new audiences. The show is created and executive produced by Bruce W. Smith, who collaborates with executive producer, songwriter, and composer Ralph Farquhar to bring the beloved characters back to life.
Season 3 promises to take viewers on a wild ride, with Penny Proud and her friends embarking on international adventures filled with humor, heartwarming moments, and plenty of surprises along the way.
The voice cast is led by Kyla Pratt as Penny, alongside Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, JoMarie Payton as Suga Mama, Cedric the Entertainer as Uncle Bobby, and a talented ensemble that includes Karen Malina White, Soleil Moon Frye, Alisa Reyes, Carlos Mencia, and more.
Season 3 will feature an exciting lineup of guest stars, including Janelle James, Sanaa Lathan, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Lynn Whitfield, among others. They will join recurring guests such as Keke Palmer, Billy Porter, and Gabrielle Union to add even more star power to the show.
