A Man’s Body Found in Barker Meadow Reservoir

On Sunday afternoon, a man’s body was discovered in Barker Meadow Reservoir after a fisherman reported seeing a deceased person floating face down in the water. The Nederland Fire Protection District and the Boulder Emergency Squad’s cold water dive team worked together to recover the body.

As of now, the identity of the deceased individual remains unknown. The Boulder County Coroner’s Office will conduct an investigation to determine the cause and manner of death.
