Paige Spiranac, a popular American golf influencer with a massive following on social media, recently addressed the issue of fake accounts impersonating her online. On July 11, she shared screenshots of comments from two fake accounts, likening the situation to an episode of the sci-fi show Black Mirror.

Expressing her concern, Spiranac highlighted the prevalence of fake social media accounts posing as golfers. She urged her fans to be cautious and vigilant while navigating the online space, emphasizing the importance of verifying authentic accounts.

In a separate post on July 9, Spiranac clarified that she does not have a Telegram account and warned her followers against any imposters claiming to be her on the platform.

With a verified account on X boasting over one million followers and a strong presence on Instagram with four million followers, Spiranac is a prominent figure in the golfing community. Last year, she partnered with Passes, a subscription-based platform, where she shares exclusive content related to golf, lifestyle, travel, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. In an interview with Sportskeeda’s Tanmay Khanna, she praised Passes for its innovative approach and flexibility in enhancing user experiences.

Fans can subscribe to Spiranac’s Passes account, with membership options ranging from $10 to $100 per month, to access her exclusive content and engage with her on a more personal level.

Reflecting on her golf career, Spiranac recently participated in the “You Look Happier” challenge on TikTok, where she shared her journey in the sport. Despite not achieving professional status in golf, Spiranac remains active in the golfing community through unofficial events and content creation endeavors.
