The Wall Street Journal has showcased an exemplary response to Donald Trumpās frivolous lawsuit, which appears aimed at intimidating the press. Rather than capitulating or entering into negotiations, the Journal has opted to publish a revealing story indicating that Trump has been aware of his connections to the Epstein files since May.
As reported by The Wall Street Journal:
During a review of what Attorney General Pam Bondi characterized as a ātruckloadā of documents pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein, officials from the Justice Department found multiple mentions of Donald Trump, according to senior administration officials.
In May, Trump was informed in a White House meeting with Bondi and her deputy that his name was included in the Epstein files, along with several other high-profile individuals. Being referenced in these records does not inherently imply wrongdoing.

Officials relayed that the files contained what they considered unverified hearsay regarding numerous individuals who had socialized with Epstein, including Trump. One official familiar with the documents noted that they list hundreds of other names.
As highlighted by The Journal, being named in these files does not equate to criminal activity. However, it’s hardly flattering that Trump appears multiple times in relation to Epstein, and this revelation sheds light on why he seeks to suppress the release of additional information.
