A mother was recently removed from Disney California Adventure Park with her distraught children after attempting to pass them off as toddlers in order to sneak into the park without paying. The incident was captured on video and posted on TikTok, showing the mother being escorted out of the park in handcuffs by Anaheim police officers, while her children cried and pleaded for help in Spanish.
According to reports, the mother tried to pass her children off as 2-year-olds to avoid purchasing tickets for them. However, Disneyland’s policy states that children under three do not require a ticket for entry, as long as they are accompanied by a guest with a ticket and reservation.
The Anaheim Police Department confirmed that the woman had previously attempted to sneak her children into the park. She was arrested for trespassing but later released on a citation. Disneyland security teams had confronted her for non-compliance before contacting law enforcement.
This is not the first time Disney has dealt with guests trying to sneak children into the park. In a similar incident at Disney World in 2022, a woman was caught disguising an older child as a baby to avoid paying admission fees. The video of the incident went viral on TikTok, showing the child in a stroller covered with blankets to hide her legs, only to reveal her true age once inside the park.
Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Police Department have been contacted for further comments on the recent incident. The company remains vigilant in enforcing park policies to ensure the safety and integrity of the guest experience.
