In a revealing moment, Tulsi Gabbard has thrown a spotlight on the alleged “Russia collusion” narrative, leaving the so-called Deep State in a state of disarray.

This week, former Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, graced CNN with his presence, dropping the bombshell that he has already ‘lawyered up.’ However, according to Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, Clapper may not be the most precarious figure in this unfolding saga.

Turley shared his insights on FOX News, suggesting that John Brennan, the former CIA Director, could be in deeper trouble. And frankly, it’s a perspective worth considering.

As reported by the Daily Caller, via MSN:

Jonathan Turley Suggests John Brennan May Need Legal Counsel Following Release of Russiagate Documents

During a recent segment, Turley indicated that the newly surfaced documents surrounding the “Russiagate” controversy might expose Brennan to potential criminal charges.

Gabbard, in her role as Director of National Intelligence, disclosed documents and a memo earlier this week, alleging a “years-long coup” against Trump following his victory over Clinton in the 2016 election. She has referred these documents to the Justice Department, pointing to possible criminal conduct. Turley noted that while the Supreme Court’s 2024 decision favoring Trump’s claims of immunity over “official acts” might shield Obama, Brennan and his counterpart Comey may not be as fortunate.

“It appears that a couple of these individuals may have committed perjury. I think the most exposed might be Brennan, who is like a 30-point buck out in the open,” Turley remarked. “This information directly contradicts what he presented to Congress, raising serious questions.”

As the situation develops, Turley’s advice to Brennan is clear: perhaps it’s time to follow Clapper’s example and secure legal representation. The Trump camp seems ready to engage in a more aggressive legal strategy this time around.
