Authorities in western Montana are currently searching for a military veteran who opened fire at a bar, resulting in the tragic deaths of four people. The suspect, Michael Paul Brown, fled the scene in a white pickup truck and is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Residents have been urged to stay at home and remain vigilant as the search continues.

The victims’ names will be released once their families have been notified. The small town of Anaconda, where the incident took place, is deeply affected by this senseless act of violence.

Brown, a former military serviceman, has a history of struggling with mental illness, according to his niece. The community is shocked by the events that unfolded at The Owl Bar, where the shooting occurred.

As the search for Brown continues, authorities have locked down the area west of Anaconda, conducting ground and air operations to locate the suspect. The town remains on edge as the investigation progresses.

Business owners in Anaconda took precautions by locking their doors and sheltering inside with customers as news of the shooting spread. The community is coming together to support one another during this difficult time.
