Spider-Man actor Tom Holland was transported to the hospital due to a head injury that occurred during a stunt gone awry.
RadarOnline.com reports that the 29-year-old British actor was diagnosed with a concussion after hitting his head in a fall on the set of the highly anticipated film.

A fellow co-worker, presumed to be a stunt double, was also transported by ambulance for treatment.
Filming for Spider-Man: Brand New Day was halted at Leavesden Studios, located near London, on Friday, which may delay the project for several weeks, causing disarray for film executives.
Dominic Holland, the actorâs father, who was attending a charity event in London, stated that his son would be off filming âfor a while.â
Tom was present at the event too and even took photographs with his fiancée and co-star Zendaya, 28, but left early due to not feeling well.
The upcoming filmâwhich will mark Hollandâs fourth standalone Spider-Man installmentâis set to release next July.

An official from the East of England Ambulance Service remarked: âWe were alerted at 10:30am on Friday regarding a patient who had suffered an injury at Leavesden Studios in Watford. An ambulance was dispatched to provide care on-site, and the patient was subsequently taken to the hospital for additional treatment.â
Though the full cast for the new Spider-Man installment remains unconfirmed, Tom is anticipated to co-star with Stranger Things star Sadie Sink, 23. Zendaya reprises her role as Peter Parkerâs love interest MJ.
This incident comes shortly after Tom caused a stir among fans with a sneak peek of his updated Spider-Man costume on social media.
