‘Nip/Tuck’ Star Dylan Walsh Seen on Shocking Police Video After Major Car Crash

The star of “Nip/Tuck,” Dylan Walsh, appeared visibly shaken following a severe automobile accident, as he explained the distressing event to responding officers in police bodycam footage.

In the gripping footage, acquired by TMZ, officers quickly approach Walsh’s SUV moments after he veered into oncoming traffic, colliding with two utility poles. Daily Mail initially reported on this bodycam footage.

In a concerning scene, Walsh’s spouse, Leslie, was receiving medical attention for her injuries on the ground. Dylan informed the officers that he was the driver and expressed confusion about the circumstances of the crash, admitting that he had glanced down, and suddenly they were caught up in the wreck.

Dylan disclosed, “I was really tired, driving when it happened. I can’t explain it” … adding that their family had been outdoors under the sun all day.

Additionally, he admitted to consuming beverages earlier, prompting officers to discover an open cooler bag filled with alcohol and White Claw Hard Seltzers at the scene.

A witness at the scene, who claims to know Dylan and Leslie, told authorities that the couple often becomes “extremely intoxicated” and recounted how right after the crash, Dylan “immediately yelled at her to retrieve the bag from the backseat.”

Interestingly, it appears the witness was unclear about the bag’s contents, and police did not detect any alcohol odor from Leslie while interacting with her.

Later in the footage, Dylan is depicted being transported in an ambulance, where he cooperates with the officer regarding a requested blood test to verify alcohol levels.

As previously mentioned … his representative stated that the blood test indicated his BAC was under the legal limit, although this has not been confirmed by law enforcement. Furthermore, the rep suggested that a sudden stroke may have caused Dylan to lose control of the vehicle, leading to the crash.
