AC Milan full-back Kyle Walker has expressed his admiration for Arsenal’s young talent, Miles Lewis-Skelly, drawing comparisons to former Tottenham Hotspur player Danny Rose. Lewis-Skelly, at just 18 years old, has made a significant impact at the Gunners this season, showcasing his skills with one goal and two assists in 34 appearances across various competitions. His impressive performances have earned him a spot in the Three Lions squad and caught the attention of Walker.

In a recent podcast, Walker commended Lewis-Skelly for his physicality and footballing intelligence, likening his style of play to that of Danny Rose. The full-back praised the youngster for his ability to use his body effectively, his strong left foot, and his astute understanding of the game. Walker reflected on his own career and acknowledged that Lewis-Skelly’s achievements at such a young age are truly remarkable.

Looking ahead, Arsenal are reportedly eyeing Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Hugo Larsson as they seek to strengthen their midfield in the upcoming transfer window. With uncertainties surrounding the futures of Jorginho and Thomas Partey, Larsson has emerged as a potential target for the Gunners. The 20-year-old has been in excellent form for Frankfurt this season, scoring six goals and providing one assist in 44 appearances. Despite being under contract until 2029, the Bundesliga club may be willing to part ways with Larsson for £51m, with Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool all reportedly interested in securing his services.

As Arsenal prepare to face Bournemouth in the Premier League and PSG in the Champions League semifinal second leg, the potential addition of Larsson could provide a significant boost to their midfield. With Walker’s praise for Lewis-Skelly and the Gunners’ pursuit of Larsson, it is evident that Arsenal are looking to strengthen their squad and compete at the highest level in the upcoming season.
