In São Paolo, architect Guto Requena has transformed a midcentury interior into a stunning “hybrid habitat” known as “Apartamento Varanda.” This project reimagines a modernist residence built in 1962 with contemporary details that pay homage to its historical roots, while incorporating a unique organic element – an abundance of lush plants.
