In a groundbreaking legal decision, a court has affirmed what many had long suspected: Donald Trumpās tariffs were not only questionable but illegal. For the first time, the judiciary has ruled that Trump lacked the emergency powers necessary to impose these tariffs at his discretion. As a result, the tariffs have been blocked, and the court suggests that any funds collected under these dubious charges may need to be refunded.

Consequently, the plaintiffs are entitled to a legal judgment; since there is no material fact in dispute, summary judgment will be issued against the United States.
