Les Lopez and Inuer Pichardo, childhood friends from the South Bronx, documented the changes in their neighborhood through photography, capturing the impact of gentrification and development. Francisco Donoso showcased prints of manipulated documentation from his DACA proceedings, turning legal documents into works of art.
The fair also paid tribute to the late Cecilia Gentili, a trans activist and community leader, through a photography exhibit by Oscar Diaz. Jessica Elena Aquino sold prints made from carved school erasers, showcasing her background as a teaching artist.
