Alice Evans Moves Out Amid Divorce Drama

Since their split in 2021, Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd have been embroiled in a bitter court battle. Although their divorce was finalized in July 2023, the drama between the two continues to unfold.

In a recent court filing, Gruffudd requested that the judge enforce the sale of the La Jolla home where Evans had been living “rent-free” for over two years. Gruffudd claimed that he had been shouldering the $6,750 mortgage, property tax, and insurance payments, and could no longer afford to maintain the property.

According to Gruffudd, he has been living in a $3,400 per month apartment with his girlfriend, who has been shouldering the majority of their living expenses since September 2022. Despite his financial struggles, Gruffudd alleges that Evans has repeatedly refused to contribute financially or agree to sell the La Jolla residence.

The ongoing legal battle between Evans and Gruffudd highlights the challenges that can arise during a high-profile divorce. As the couple navigates the complexities of dividing assets and financial responsibilities, the public is left to speculate on the details of their tumultuous relationship.
