All3Media International, a prominent London-based production company known for popular series like “The Traitors” and “Midsomer Murders,” has recently appointed Micah Hewson to the newly created position of VP of sales for Australia and New Zealand.
With over 20 years of experience in the television industry, Hewson brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. Previously serving as the head of commercial development at ITV Studios Australia and as an executive producer at Endemol Australia (Southern Star), he has played a key role in securing commissions for major franchises.
In his new role at All3Media International, Hewson will be based in Sydney and report to Sabrina Duguet, EVP Asia-Pacific, and Julie Dowding, SVP Australia & New Zealand. His responsibilities will include negotiating broadcast and digital rights deals for the company’s diverse portfolio of finished programs and formats, as well as optimizing windowing and relicensing strategies.
Expressing his excitement about joining the team, Hewson stated, “This is a pivotal time in the content landscape, and All3Media International has the world-class catalogue and ambition to lead. It will be a privilege to represent such iconic IP and work with such a dynamic team.”
Duguet praised Dowding’s work in the region and emphasized the need to expand the team to continue the upward trajectory. She highlighted Hewson’s well-established relationships with broadcasters, buyers, and decision-makers, as well as his impressive understanding of the industry and audience engagement as valuable assets to the company.
All3Media International’s impressive slate of shows includes hits like “Midsomer Murders,” successful formats like “The Traitors,” which has been sold in over 30 territories, and popular documentaries like “Becoming Madonna.” The company was acquired by Jeff Zucker’s Redbird IMI last year in a $1.45 billion deal from previous owners Liberty Global and Warner Bros. Discovery.
With Hewson on board, All3Media International is poised to further expand its presence in Australia and New Zealand, deepen local partnerships, and explore new opportunities across established and emerging platforms. The company’s commitment to delivering high-quality content and fostering strong relationships in the region continues to drive its success in the competitive global market.
