An alleged kidnapping incident in Kentucky has left authorities shocked and a victim traumatized. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, recounted a harrowing experience where she was choked unconscious, sexually abused at gunpoint, and forced to perform sexual acts by a man identified as Deonte Walker-Coleman.
The incident reportedly took place near Hopkinsville, where the victim got into an argument with the intoxicated Walker-Coleman while they were driving. The argument escalated quickly, leading to Walker-Coleman choking the victim until she lost consciousness. When she regained consciousness, she found herself in a terrifying situation as Walker-Coleman was naked and holding a gun to her head.
The victim, in a desperate bid to escape the ordeal, jumped from the moving vehicle, leaving behind her phone and keys which were in Walker-Coleman’s possession. Responding officers later found choke marks on the victim’s neck, indicating the severity of the assault.
Walker-Coleman was subsequently arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree strangulation, and kidnapping. He is currently held in the Christian County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
The Hopkinsville Police Department and Christian County Sheriff’s Office are actively investigating the incident, but have not provided further details at this time.
