Allison Holker, the renowned professional dancer, has opened up about how she has transitioned from making a living on the ballroom floor to becoming a successful influencer offstage. In a recent episode of her podcast “Between Us,” Holker shared that she now earns the majority of her income through brand deals and influencer partnerships.

“It just started this way of looking, like, ‘Wait, if we’re going to do this for fun, let’s make a business out of it,’” Holker, 37, revealed on her podcast. She expressed gratitude for the opportunities that social media and influencer marketing have brought her, allowing her to collaborate with brands she loves while doing what she enjoys.

Holker first rose to fame in 2006 as a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance,” eventually meeting her husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, during the All-Stars competition. The couple tied the knot in 2013 and continued to showcase their talents on shows like “SYTYCD” and “Dancing With the Stars.” Tragically, Boss passed away in 2022, but Holker continues to honor his memory through her love for dance.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Holker is a devoted mother to her children, including son Maddox and daughter Zaia. She also played a significant role in raising her eldest daughter, Weslie, from a previous relationship. Weslie, now 16, is beginning to explore the world of social media and hopes to follow in her mother’s influential footsteps.

On the podcast, Weslie shared her aspirations for creating content that is not only engaging but also meaningful. She expressed a desire to turn her social media presence into a more structured job, balancing her junior year responsibilities with her passion for content creation.

As the Holker family navigates the world of social media and influencer marketing, they continue to find ways to connect with their audience authentically.
