Andrade made his long-awaited return to AEW on the latest episode of Saturday Night Collision after being sidelined for over two years. The former WWE star, now known as El Idolo, had to step away from AEW programming due to a cease-and-desist letter from his former employer. However, after resolving his contract issues with WWE in December, Andrade was finally able to return to the ring.

His comeback match took place on Collision: Maximum Carnage, where he faced off against Angelico and emerged victorious with his new finishing maneuver. Taking to Twitter after the match, Andrade announced that he had given his signature move a new name and asked his followers for suggestions. The high-flying luchador seems excited about his return to the squared circle and is looking to make a statement with his revamped arsenal.

The action-packed episode of Collision also featured other notable matches, including Eddie Kingston and Ortiz taking on The Grizzled Young Veterans, Marina Shafir facing off against Zayda Steel, and Jack Perry securing a victory over Anthony Bowens in a #1 Contender’s bout for the AEW National Championship. Additionally, “Hangman” Adam Page and JetSpeed successfully defended their World Trios Championship against The Opps.

As fans eagerly anticipate Andrade’s next move in AEW, it remains to be seen what Tony Khan and the company have in store for next week’s Dynamite. With the wrestling landscape constantly evolving, the possibilities are endless for El Idolo as he looks to make a lasting impact in All Elite Wrestling.
