A group gathered once again at Colorado’s Capitol and downtown Denver on Saturday to participate in a national series of “Hands Off!” rallies protesting the Trump administration.
Attendees shared videos and images on social media, showcasing their signs condemning what they perceive as a threat to American democracy from President Donald Trump and his associates, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who heads the newly established Department of Government Efficiency.
The rally, organized by Colorado 50501 Chapter, Women’s Strike, and Raise Her Voice, was scheduled from noon to 4 p.m.
Colorado 50501 Chapter also played a role in coordinating the previous “Hands Off!” rally at the Capitol on April 5.
Similar “Hands Off!” demonstrations occurred in various state capitals and urban areas nationwide on Saturday, including cities like Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo in Colorado.
