As an iPhone user, this is the low-cost Prime Day deal I snapped up

During my recent travels this summer, I encountered a self-service kiosk at the airport for bag check-in. Feeling exhausted and not being a travel professional, I struggled a bit with affixing the label to my suitcase properly.

As I watched my suitcase, imperfectly marked, disappear down the conveyer belt, I was filled with a mix of astonishment at my own clumsiness and regret for not having purchased AirTags to help track my bag to its destination.

Today, I’m planning to make that purchase, especially considering they’re on sale for Prime Day.

In the UK, Apple offers AirTags at £35 each, or you can grab a four-pack for £119. Over in the US, a single AirTag is available at Apple for $29 or buy a four-pack for $99.

However, if you order from Amazon UK today, you can find a single AirTag for £28 (or two for £56), giving you a generous 20% discount. Plus, if you’re looking to buy more, a four-pack is available for £84, down from £119, providing a saving of over 29%.

On Amazon US is currently offering a major 31% discount on AirTags, bringing the price down from $29 to just $19.99 each.

You’ll receive complimentary shipping, though bear in mind you may miss out on the free engraving that Apple offers. However, considering AirTags are often discreetly placed, this might not be significant.

To take advantage of this deal, you’ll need Prime membership. Prime Day runs from October 7-8, making today the final opportunity to snag them on sale. Don’t delay if you want to grab a set!

AirTags are incredibly practical, providing reassurance not just at airports but also for tracking adventurous pets, safeguarding expensive bags or wallets, and keeping tabs on your often-misplaced keys.

You can only use an AirTag with an iPhone or iPad, although some older models aren’t compatible. You will need at least an iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, or any newer iPhone; an iPod touch (7th generation) running iOS 14.5 or later; or an iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation or later), iPad Air 2 or later, or iPad mini 4 or later, all running at least iPadOS 14.5.
