Aurora police have reached out to federal agencies for assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old girl, officials announced on Monday.
UPDATE: June 23 – 4:30p – Erica is still missing. Our detectives continue to work diligently, following up on every lead, but we still don’t know where she is.
Erica’s family is now offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that helps bring her home.

Erica Long, who also goes by the name Ember, has been missing since June 15 and was last seen in southeast Aurora. The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security have been enlisted to aid in the search efforts. A national advisory has been issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding Erica.
The family of Erica is offering a reward of $5,000 for any information that leads to her safe return, as confirmed by the police department.
Described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, Erica has a distinctive brown henna tattoo of circles on her left arm.
She was last seen around 8:45 p.m. on June 15 near E-470 and Gartrell Road.
