AiKA serves as a chatbot that leverages Spotify’s collective knowledge base to provide instant answers to queries from employees. This tool has seen widespread adoption within Spotify and is now poised for a broader release to third-party users.

The journey from creating a container orchestration platform like Helios to developing Backstage reflects Spotify’s commitment to providing cutting-edge tools for its developers.
