Pete Rose, the former baseball player banned from the MLB for gambling, has reportedly been keeping busy behind bars. According to an insider at the prison, Rose has been signing hundreds of autographs and selling them to fellow inmates.
In addition to his autograph business, visitors to the prison have claimed that Rose has big plans for the upcoming NFL season. Rose himself has stated, “That’s the big one where I’m going to make my next fortune!”
Sources have also revealed that Rose has been able to continue making bets while in prison, thanks to his “extra privileges” behind bars. It is believed that Rose will walk out of prison unchanged and still engaging in his gambling activities.
Before his ban from baseball, Rose held the record for the most career hits, with 4,256 over a 24-season career. He also won two consecutive World Series titles in 1975 and 1976.
It seems that even behind bars, Pete Rose is finding ways to stay busy and make money. Whether he will be able to return to his gambling ways once he is released remains to be seen.
