In 2025, while much of the political landscape may seem dominated by Donald Trump’s circus-like antics, a more profound narrative is unfolding—a grassroots phenomenon spearheaded by Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) known as the Fighting Oligarchy Tour.

Sanders has been attracting substantial crowds across the Midwest, with enthusiasm expected to escalate as Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) joins him on the tour’s western leg.

The Sanders political team announced:

Due to overwhelming interest, the “Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go From Here” town hall featuring Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), and Rep. Steven Horsford (D-Nev.) in Las Vegas has been relocated to the Craig Ranch Amphitheater, accommodating a larger audience than initially projected.

Over 35,000 individuals have expressed intent to attend town halls during this segment of the tour, with more than 17,000 expected in Denver alone.

As previously mentioned, while tickets are not mandatory, RSVPs are highly encouraged. This helps the Sanders team assess whether they need to secure a larger venue for the events.

If you plan on attending any of the stops in Las Vegas, Tempe, Greeley, Denver, or Tucson, please ensure you RSVP. For the Denver event, organizers recommend using public transport, ridesharing, or carpooling due to anticipated congestion from what is likely to be one of the largest political gatherings of the year.

Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez stand as pivotal figures in the resistance against Trump, and the crowds they draw serve as a clear indication that many Democrats and progressives are not interested in compromise; they are eager to engage in a robust fight.
